OUR SAFETY COMMITMENT
At Ebert Companies, safety is a shared responsibility and a core value that guides every project we undertake. We are committed to maintaining a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment through comprehensive training, proactive planning, and ongoing education. Our safety initiatives include:
- Comprehensive Safety Orientation for all employees working on our jobsites, covering:
- Fall Protection
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- OSHA Silica Standard Regulations
- Participation in Minnesota OSHA Workplace Safety Consultation Programs to continually evaluate and strengthen our safety practices.
- Certified Leadership, with all superintendents trained in OSHA 10 and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) requirements.
- Ongoing Safety Training and Education through our membership with the Minnesota Safety Council and other industry-leading resources.
- Company-Provided Safety Equipment, ensuring employees have access to the protective gear and apparel required to safely perform their work.
- Subcontractor Safety Accountability, requiring all subcontractors to maintain appropriate safety equipment, documentation, and OSHA compliance while working on our projects.

Our commitment to safety begins with our employees. To help ensure they can work and return home safely each day, we have developed a Safety Program for individuals in all levels of our organization.
EBERT COMPANIES SILICA EXPOSURE CONTROL PLAN
Crystalline silica is found in stone, rock, brick, concrete, and mortar. Cutting or drilling through these materials makes dust particles airborne. And breathing in that dust presents health hazards like silicosis, which can be fatal.
We are committed to ensuring the safety of our employees and others by taking every reasonable precaution to protect against the adverse health effects associated with exposure to silica.
