Jake is a member of the development team at Ebert Companies, with several years of real estate experience. He has a comprehensive background in development, finance, and construction. He has a passion for the real estate industry and leads the development projects from the discovery of the site, through project entitlements, and the management of the asset. Jake is actively involved with many organizations including NAIOP and Urban Land Institute. Outside of work, Jake enjoys time on the lake, spending time with family, golfing and traveling.

COREY MYERS
Corey is a dedicated member of the development team at Ebert Companies, bringing over a decade of real estate and construction experience to the role. With a comprehensive background in development, operations, and construction management, Corey excels in guiding projects from site discovery through entitlements, construction, and ultimately asset management. He plays a pivotal role in overseeing Ebert’s real estate development projects, leveraging his experience with over 1 million square feet of Class A multi-family and student housing development, and over $150 million in completed construction projects across multiple sectors. Corey is actively involved with organizations such as the Urban Land Institute, NMHC, and DBIA. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, hunting, golfing, and traveling.
